I can barely keep up with the pace I’ve set for myself lately. The month of September flew by, it was fun & frenetic. I even caught a beautiful sunrise in my backyard, which is rare for me to be up that early. It was so nice to just sit and watch the pink glow come up between the trees.
I did some day trips & weekend trips and caught some sunsets here and there…
I miss the sunsets on the Lake, I’ve been driving over to see if any of the birds have migrated in for their fall stop on the water. I get anxious in the fall, trying to fit in so much before it gets too cold. I need to remember to pause and just be happy in the moment.

Thank you for saying you get anxious. Fall is that way for me too. September was like overstuffing at a buffet of interactions. I can barely remember a moment of it. And I am grateful. LOVE the quote.

Absolutely beautiful……makes me feel very, very quiet.
We had our little 16-year-old dog put down yesterday…..it was time and the Vet agreed. My house is very very empty.

i never think to shoot the sunrise or sunset unless i’m in florida…..there’s just something about the water that does that to me 🙂
